Hawaiian Ukuleles
Beautiful Handcrafted, Concert-Quality Ukuleles
Enjoy traditional Hawaiian music from a Hawaiian ukulele. These instruments are all made of solid, instrument-quality wood to produce accurate sounds. Whether you play in front of audiences or just friends, you'll sound great…
Beautifully Handcrafted, Quality Ukuleles
These ukuleles were designed in Hawaii, handcrafted in Braga, Portugal (where ukuleles first originated), then setup in our Hawaiian supplier's factory for perfect tuning and maximum playability. Today, quality craftsmanship still exists in Portugal, as evidenced by these fine instruments.
Our instruments are strung with the traditional Hawaiian style of black nylon strings. Each ukulele is adjusted upon receipt from Portugal to insure that it is ready to play.
Our ukuleles are constructed with solid Australian blackwood (top, back and sides). This beautiful wood gives a great tone with plenty of volume. The neck is seasoned mahogany with a rosewood fretboard, (with the exception of our newer models, the Soprano and the Soprano Longo, which may have a fretboard and bridge made of wenge, if rosewood is not available at the time of its manufacture- see details below) and the rosette has a rope style decoration.
