Shipping Terms:
Please pay close attention to the minimum quantity required for each style of whichever merchandise you select. Also, keep in mind that your order must be in multiples of that minimum quantity if you should choose to order more than the minimum amount of a style or package (packages are shipped in multiples of the package). When placing your order, if you should enter incorrect amounts, your order will be delayed until we can contact you and a correction can be made.
Shipping costs are your responsibility and will be charged to your credit card account at the point of purchase on this web site. If for any reason our software does not calculate the correct shipping cost amount, you agree to allow us to charge your credit card with any additional amount due, or credit that same account if the software charges an amount higher than needed. On our B2B web site, we use both UPS and USPS as our carriers. We therefore use their software, so the calculations should be accurate for any shipping location in the world (of course, you must input accurate shipping address information).

Our invoice terms are Net, and, currently, our preferred method of payment is via charge card. (If you wish to use a different method of payment, you will need to contact us via e-mail or telephone to do so. If you choose to use a check, the check will need to be certified and in U.S. currency. Also, please realize that your shipment will be delayed until we have received and cleared your check.) Further, you should be aware that, when completing your purchase via charge card on our web site, each purchase will still need to be authorized by a vigorous banking authorization system. For your security and ours, this procedure is followed for ALL purchases (retail or wholesale) made on this web site.
If a disagreement that we cannot resolve should arise between yourself/your company and our company, you, as the representative of your company, agree to an arbitrated settlement with the arbitration to take place in San Diego or Southern California. The choice of the location of the arbitration and the arbitrator to be used will be made by Islander Gifts®. This settlement will be guided by and will abide by the laws of the State of California.
